CW passenger train brakevans

Built alongside the W class cars (AW, BW, ABW) they were in general passenger guards van service all their lives although by the late 70's they rarely were seen on longer distance trains. Most had their wood sides replaced by sheet steel. Numbers 1 - 15 had celestory roofs, numbers 16 - 20 had plain curved roofs. |
